The Check Your Date form asks for your names, wedding date, venue or city, email and, if you choose, a phone number. The contact form asks for your name, email, message and, if you choose, a phone number.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry. We never sell it.
How your message reaches us
Our forms are handled by this website, which runs on WordPress, and are delivered to us by email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
Reviews and video
Our Google reviews are displayed through Trustindex, which loads them from Google.
Wedding films on this site are embedded from Vimeo. Vimeo may set cookies when you play a film. Its own privacy policy applies to those.
Analytics
If we use Google Analytics, it collects anonymous information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and device type. It does not tell us who you are.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as is reasonable to answer you and, if you book, to work with you.
Your choices
To ask us to delete your information, email aledoria@clickstudios.us.
If we photographed or filmed your wedding and you would like it removed from our portfolio, website or social media, email us separately and we will take care of it.
