Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how booking with Click Studios works. They are a plain-English summary of the agreement every couple signs.
Booking
A signed agreement and a 25% non-refundable deposit hold your date. The deposit is credited toward your total.
Payment
The balance is due on your wedding date. Late payments incur a charge of 10% per month on the outstanding balance. Your final invoice may reflect actual expenses.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Cancellations and date changes need written notice at least 90 days before the wedding. Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation.
Rescheduling depends on our availability. If we cannot take the new date, the change is treated as a cancellation.
If we cannot be there
If Click Studios cannot perform your coverage, we will provide a replacement with your consent. If you do not accept a replacement, we refund your deposit and all fees paid.
Travel and meals
You cover reasonable travel and parking costs for coverage outside our local area.
For coverage longer than 8 hours, you provide a meal for our crew.
Artistic style
You are booking us for our style. Click Studios has final say on artistic and aesthetic judgment, and a difference in taste is not grounds for termination or a refund.
Ownership and your licence
Click Studios owns all photographs and films we create, and may use them in our portfolio, on our website and on social media.
You receive a licence for personal use: social media, albums, prints, gifts and sharing with family, keeping our credit where it appears. Commercial use needs our written consent.
Events outside anyone's control
Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside its control, such as illness, emergencies, storms or a pandemic. If such an event lasts more than 60 days, either side may end the agreement, and prepaid fees other than the deposit are returned within 15 days.
Delivery
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by technical failures or other causes outside our control.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid. You agree to indemnify Click Studios against claims arising from the services.
